Each customer is different and comes with randomly selected events (mobility restriction, physics symulation,...) obstractles and increasing difficulty, which might test your strenght and deduction skills. There are three different abilities, which can help you to achieve your daily goals, but you have to earn them with hard work. Your goal should be to beath John and win title "Employee of the month" which comes with trophy and also your personal picture hanging by the main entrance to the supermarket.
