Storyline
"Your new space program, leaping into the cosmos... Since the dawn of Kerbalkind, we have looked to the sky and wondered what sublime mysteries lie hidden in the darkness, like jewels never beheld." The Kerbals, a society of small green creatures, have built a space center to launch their kind into the space age. The player, assigned as Director of the Kerbal Space Center, is tasked to construct and launch vehicles to succeed at missions given by Mission Control. After improving rockets and flying Kerbals to new unseen frontiers, secrets hidden throughout the solar system of Kerbol are uncovered. Strange monuments, hinting at the history of Kerbalkind, will lead the player further out of their home, Kerbin.
